Kala + Andy | Scouts, Dogs, Owls and a Wedding in Halifax, Yorkshire

I can't believe that it was time for Kala & Andy to get married, it felt like only yesterday we had our pre-wedding meeting. We even did a pre-wedding shoot in the beautiful Bolton Abbey which feels like we did yesterday too!! If you read about the pre-wedding shoot then you will have known that I was super excited about the dogs being involved... Well the dogs were involved in their wedding day too - YAY!

They held their ceremony at the stunning Halifax minister which was HUGE, the best part of the ceremony was the amazing surprise Kala had arranged for Andy which was for an owl to bring down the rings. They say don't work with animals but we were ignoring all the rules and working with all the animals today. It went pretty smoothly and I think you'll agree that I got an awesome shot of the owl at the end of the aisle. After the ceremony they were greeted with a lot more owls, this time tied up and ringless but they were still a great entertainment for the guests.

After we scoffed our chips at the near by pub we went off to Holdsworth House where we were met with the lovely Beren and Roxy the dogs for some canine fun and photos.

It was a lovely day and I'm SO happy it was filled with animals of all shapes and sizes, I can't thank them enough for letting me spend their perfect day with them. I feel like it's the end of an era for me with Kala and Andy, but it's it definitely the beginning of an incredible life for the 4 of them!
